Abstract Keratoconus is an axial corneal ectasia of obscure etiology. It has been associated with many systemic and ocular diseases as well as with a variety of inheritance patterns. Penetrating keratoplasty (PK) has been highly successful in treating advanced cases. Hydrops within the transplanted material is unusual after PK. We report the two cases of hydrops postkeratoplasty in a keratoconus patient successfully managed with intracameral perfluoropropane injection.
