The work advances a hypothesis of a generative foundation: the origin of observed reality is described through a minimal act of tense distinction (ANAM (X) ), within which the distinguished and the mode of its actualization are jointly held. This act is introduced as a minimal binarity “what”; “how” and is further formalized through a system of functional roles A/B/G/N as a compact language for generating distinguishability and fixing it. Within the working hypothesis, the unfolding of this minimal act under stabilization is treated as a source of the emergence of the physical layer of the Universe: quantities, invariants, and consistency constraints are reproducibly formed, recognized in physics as laws and constants; the verification contour is specified by autonomous unfoldings with retrospective comparison of the result to empirically confirmed structures (in particular, reconstruction of the periodic table; “ANAM Distinguishability Architecture Physical Stress Test”). From this minimal form, derivative layers of description are obtained: (a) measure and numerical form as counting of fixed distinctions; (b) temporal ordering as an index of the sequence of acts of fixation; (c) laws and constants as an invariant layer of stabilization of reproducible modes of unfolding; (d) axiomatization as a form of recording already stabilized invariants. The work presents a literature review and a map of external parallels showing how the consequences of the origin hypothesis relate to contemporary reconstructive and operational lines; extended justifications and verification procedures are provided in a connected corpus of works. External parallels show structural affinity with contemporary reconstructive and operational lines in philosophy of physics, metrology, and modeling theory. __________________ Работа выдвигает гипотезу порождающего основания: происхождение наблюдаемой реальности описывается через минимальный акт напряжённого различения (ANAM (X) ), в котором совместно удерживаются различаемое и способ его актуализации. Этот акт вводится как минимальная двоичность «что»; «как» и далее формализуется через систему функциональных ролей A/B/G/N как компактный язык порождения различимости и её фиксации. В рабочей гипотезе развёртывание этого минимального акта при стабилизации рассматривается как источник возникновения физического слоя Вселенной: воспроизводимо формируются величины, инварианты и ограничения согласованности, распознаваемые в физике как законы и константы; проверочный контур задаётся автономными развёртками с ретроспективным сопоставлением результата с эмпирически подтверждёнными структурами (в частности, реконструкция таблицы элементов; «ANAM Distinguishability Architecture Physical Stress Test»). Из данной минимальной формы выводятся производные слои описания: (а) мера и численная форма как счёт фиксированных различий; (б) временная упорядоченность как индекс последовательности актов фиксации; (в) законы и константы как инвариантный слой стабилизации воспроизводимых режимов развёртывания; (г) аксиоматизация как форма записи уже стабилизированных инвариантов. В работе представлен обзор литературы и карта внешних параллелей, показывающие, как следствия гипотезы происхождения соотносятся с современными реконструктивными и операциональными линиями; развёрнутые обоснования и проверочные процедуры даны в связанном корпусе работ. Внешние параллели показывают структурное родство с современными реконструктивными и операциональными линиями в философии физики, метрологии и теории моделирования.
