Objective: Overcrowding in emergency departments is a global issue that negatively impacts patient outcomes. Effective teamwork and coordination among multidisciplinary teams in EDs are essential for enhancing care quality. This study aims to assess the knowledge level of non-emergency physicians regarding ED processes and identify training needs.
