The Ultimate Theory of Everything (UToE): Relational Substrate Field and Emergent Physical Law This work develops the formal geometric and dynamical completion of The Ultimate Relational Theory of Everything (URToE). It preserves Primitive Energy as the sole ontological primitive and introduces no additional fundamental entities. A Relational Substrate Field (RSF) is defined as a pre-geometric domain of intrinsic relational organization. Spacetime geometry emerges from structured relational gradients. Mass is defined as resistance to relational reconfiguration. Gravity is derived as global equilibration of relational density. Finite propagation speed and Lorentz-type structure arise from intrinsic relational stiffness. The framework recovers: • Einstein-type gravitational dynamics in the macroscopic limit• Newtonian and post-Newtonian behavior in weak fields• Gravitational wave propagation consistent with observations• Dark matter–like galactic effects from distributed relational structure• Non-gravitating uniform vacuum equilibrium• Singularity avoidance through intrinsic gradient bounds The theory does not assume singular cosmological origins, extra dimensions, hidden microscopic geometries, or additional matter substances. All physical structure is derived from organized relational differentiation of Primitive Energy. This work proposes a unified ontological and mathematical structure in which geometry, interaction, and cosmological evolution arise as emergent layers of relational organization.
