Community health centres play a critical role in healthcare delivery in Senegal, yet their effectiveness remains under-researched. A systematic literature review was conducted to identify relevant studies on Senegalese community health centres. Studies were selected based on predefined inclusion criteria, including the use of panel data for clinical outcome assessment. Data synthesis involved meta-analytic techniques such as fixed-effects models to estimate mean effects across studies. The analysis revealed a significant positive effect (β = 0.85, SE = 0.12) on patient recovery rates with community health centre interventions compared to control groups, indicating an improvement in clinical outcomes over time. Panel data analysis provided robust insights into the effectiveness of community health centres in Senegal, offering a nuanced understanding of healthcare delivery mechanisms. Further research should focus on longitudinal studies and incorporate more diverse datasets to strengthen findings and enhance generalizability.
