This paper develops ψ-Mew, a pseudotopology of trapped time within the ψ-Architecture framework. It formalizes temporal loops, Ξₜ-accumulation, and retentive invariants across dual time domains (t and τ). The model explains early-galaxy persistence, Euclid correlation plateaus, and low-frequency stilled-heat residuals without modifying ΛCDM. ψ-Mew serves as the retentive complement to dynamical cosmology and offers falsifiable predictions for 2026–2027 missions.
