We present a cosmological framework in which time and dark energy emerge from a unified temporal field. Cosmic expansion, gravitational collapse, and dimensional rebirth are interpreted as manifestations of this field. Numerical simulations and conceptual modeling indicate matter dominated collapse, followed by quantum-driven dimensional transitions.
