環境活動を中心とした醤油業界及び日本醤油協会会員のSDGs「Sustainable Development Goals（持続可能な開発目標）」に関する取り組みについて紹介していただきました。企業が持続可能な社会の構築に貢献することが求められている中で行われている醤油業界の地球温暖化対策，廃棄物削減対策，容器3Rなどの活動は，他の食品業界にあっても参考となりそうです。
