Inhibition of radiotherapy sensitivity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma via the long non-coding RNA RHPN1-AS1
Puntos clave
Reduced radiosensitivity in NPC cells is linked to RHPN1-AS1 expression, indicating its significant role in treatment resistance.
Key metric: higher RHPN1-AS1 levels correlate with a notable decrease in radiotherapy efficacy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.
Observational analysis shows that RHPN1-AS1 impacts the MAPK pathway by targeting CELF2, impacting treatment outcomes.
Findings highlight the need for further research on RHPN1-AS1 as a potential therapeutic target to improve radiotherapy response.
Resumen
This study confirmed that RHPN1-AS1 expression inhibits the radiosensitivity of NPC cells. RHPN1-AS1 may affect NPC radiotherapy sensitivity by targeting CELF2 to regulate the MAPK pathway.
