Introduction: The study aimed to evaluate graduates attributes according to the curriculum objectives and other quality standards including Thai qualification framework of higher education (TQF-HEd), Thammasat graduate identity, professional standards for medical practitioners of the medical council of Thailand, the five-star doctors of WHO, and the 21st century skills Method: During October 2015 to April 2016, both online and post questionnaires were sent to the graduates, senior colleagues and their peers in the workplaces. The competencies and attributes of graduates were rated by using 5 – point Likert scale. The criteria for appropriateness was the mean score 3.50. The authors analyzed the data using descriptive statisticsResult: There were 531 respondents (32.28%). Overall attributes of graduates were appropriate. Eighty-three percent of senior colleagues and seventy-seven percent of peers were satisfied with the graduates’ attributes comparing with their expectation. For the quality of graduates according to nine Thammasat doctor outcomes, most of senior colleagues and peers reported that graduates from Thammasat university were equal or superior than graduates from other medical schools. From graduates’ self-assessment in knowledge and procedural skills, both batches evaluation were fair or good.Discussion and Conclusion: Overall attributes of graduates were appropriate according to the program objective and other quality standards. The quality and competencies of Thammasat graduates were suitable for the expectation of user and equal to or better than graduates from other medical schools according to the curriculum objectives บทคัดย่อบทนำ : การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการประเมินคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตตามวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ โดยพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดจาก กรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา (TQF) อัตลักษณ์ของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เกณฑ์มาตรฐานผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรมของแพทยสภา คุณลักษณะของแพทย์ในอุดมคติขององค์การอนามัยโลก (the five - star doctor) ทักษะการดำรงชีวิตในศตวรรษที่ ๒๑ (21st Century skills)วิธีการศึกษา : เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า ๕ ระดับ ที่สร้างเองโดยใช้แบบออนไลน์และแบบกระดาษ จากกลุ่มประชากร ๓ กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้บังคับบัญชา ผู้ร่วมงาน และบัณฑิต รุ่น ๑๙ – ๒๐ ระยะเวลาตั้งแต่เดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ – เมษายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่และค่าเฉลี่ย เกณฑ์การประเมินแบ่งเป็นเหมาะสม หากค่าเฉลี่ยมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ ๓.๕๐ และควรปรับปรุง หากค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยกว่า ๓.๕๐ ผลการศึกษา : มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งสิ้น ๕๓๑ คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ ๓๒.๒๘ ในภาพรวมบัณฑิตมีคุณลักษณะเหมาะสมตามวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ผู้บังคับบัญชาร้อยละ ๘๓ และผู้ร่วมงาน ร้อยละ ๗๗ เห็นว่าบัณฑิตมีคุณลักษณะตรงตามความคาดหวัง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบบัณฑิตแพทย์ธรรมศาสตร์กับบัณฑิตแพทย์จากสถาบันอื่นพบว่าส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพเท่ากันหรือดีกว่า ผลการประเมินตนเองในด้านความรู้และทักษะทางการแพทย์ บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่ประเมินตนเองว่ามีความรู้และทักษะในระดับพอใช้ไปจนถึงดี วิจารณ์ และสรุปผลการศึกษา : บัณฑิตมีคุณลักษณะตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรและมาตรฐานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีคุณภาพและสมรรถนะเท่ากันหรือดีกว่าบัณฑิตจากสถาบันอื่นๆ เมื่อประเมินตามคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ของหลักสูตร
