Rv减速器是现代工业机器人的核心部件,准确且有效地监测其内部关键部件的状态对于确保整个机械系统的可靠性至关重要的。rv减速器结构紧凑,运动部件众多,因此振动响应非常复杂。为实现对 Rv减速器健康状况的精确监测,本研究首先基于运动学和动力学原理构建了 Rv减速器的振动响应信号模型,然后根据所建模型的特点,提出了相应的信号处理方法,以提取反映各部件健康状况的振动特征。实验结果验证了所建模型的准确性和所提诊断方法的有效性。本研究为 Rv减速器的故障诊断和状态监测提供了理论依据和实用方法。
