The article provides an overview and analytical systematization of the features of conflict management in the context of the formation of a new technological paradigm. The transformational effects of digitalization, including automation, algorithmic management and hybrid forms of employment, and their impact on the nature of conflicts in organizations are considered. Based on an analysis of foreign and Russian studies, a classification of modern conflicts is proposed (conflicts over resources and workplace; conflicts about justice and rights; conflicts about control and autonomy; conflicts of trust and communication) and formulated the concept of a hybrid approach to their management, combining technological, organizational and cultural measures. The scientific novelty of the study lies in a comprehensive analysis of the features of conflict management as a tool for adaptation to the new technological paradigm, as well as in the development of a concept of a hybrid approach to conflict management that considers the synergy of technological, organizational, and cultural factors. The practical significance of the work consists in the development of specific management recommendations for reducing conflict potential and increasing the effectiveness of digital transformation.
