We propose a minimal definition of actual existence. A system is said to exist inactuality if it cannot be fully reduced to a complete simulation or purely descriptivestructure. From this definition we derive several structural constraints on anyphysically existing system, including the emergence of time through the breaking ofcomplete determinism, conservation laws ensuring persistence, and the appearance ofconsciousness allowing mathematics itself to exist as knowledge within the world.These considerations lead to a discrete equivalence between physics and existingmathematics, and provide an argument against ontological multiverse interpretations.
