This paper completes the five-paper Lomas Framework series, presenting the observable universe as a single interconnected mechanical ecosystem embedded within the Void — an infinite superfluid pressure medium. Building on the foundational pressure-gradient identity of gravity (Papers I-II), the Guderley-Planck derivation of nₛ = 0. 965 (Paper II), the Breathing Universe cyclic model (Paper III), and the Phase Engineering applications (Paper IV), Paper V introduces the following original contributions: The galaxy as a single connected mechanical system driven by its central black hole. A complete mechanical explanation of the galaxy rotation curve without dark matter, including the Vₒrbit pressure equation. Black hole spin reversal as the physical mechanism producing white holes. Quasars as over-driven Progenitor analogues undergoing localised membrane puncture. The Void Ecosystem model unifying all large-scale structure under one pressure-gradient framework. 13 testable predictions against existing Planck, JWST, DESI and Euclid datasets. The framework now resolves 32 outstanding problems in modern physics and cosmology across five papers.
