This paper introduces the HALE (Harmonic Addressing the function space can have any dimensionality; and the mapping function (ψ) is a pluggable operator that can connect harmonics to any symbolic system. This paper provides: (i) a rigorous mathematical formalization, including formal definitions, required properties, and algebraic theorems; (ii) a complete worked numerical example demonstrating end-to-end operation; (iii) a comparative analysis with existing multiplexing protocols (OFDM, CDMA, FDMA); (iv) a proof-of-concept simulation; and (v) a discussion of speculative future directions, including meta-ontological and artificial intelligence applications. HALE is positioned not as new mathematics, but as a novel synthesis of number theory, linear algebra, functional analysis, and signal processing into a unified architectural paradigm. The first practical application, the Harmonic IoT Protocol, is presented as a case study for embedded systems and Internet of Things connectivity.
