Last month, in the February TSR, we featured the findings of a statewide survey from the Arkansas Council for Women in Higher Education. The survey sought to detail how women felt they were supported in their various higher education jobs. Respondents’ top concerns were career advancement, pay inequity, and caregiver responsibility. The survey also included women's attitudes about how their professional roles meet personal realities and what effective practices they were employing to sustain themselves professionally and personally. In this conclusion to those findings, we discuss recommendations and a call to action.
