This research paper presents a Low-Code Digital Notice Board system designed to improve communication in colleges. Traditional notice boards are paper-based and often inefficient for quickly sharing information with students and staff. The proposed system uses a low-code development platform to create a digital notice management system that allows administrators to post notices online while students can view them in real time. The system includes features such as notice posting, role-based access control, search functionality, and real-time notifications. The implementation reduces paper usage, improves accessibility, and ensures faster communication within the college environment.
