We present the Six-Dimensional Geometric Field Theory (SDGFT), a deterministic framework that derives the entirety of known fundamental physics - including particle masses, coupling constants, cosmological parameters, and the gravitational action - from exactly two rational numbers originating in the topology of the 24-cell polytope 3, 4, 3, the unique self-dual regular polytope in four dimensions. The theory is built upon two fundamental axioms: The Fibonacci-lattice conflict ΔF = 5/24 The elementary lattice tension δg = 1/24 These axioms propagate through a seven-level derivation hierarchy that yields 89+ observables with zero adjustable parameters, achieving a χ²/ndof = 1. 48 against the PDG 2024 data set. A central role is played by the Kinemato-Geometric Equation (KGE), which introduces a natural time duality: observer time (tpov = p² = ma−4) and system time (tsys = 1/p² = a⁴/m). Their product is an exact invariant (tpov · tsys ≡ 1).
