This record contains the main manuscript and supplemental material for “Fine-Structure Constant from Static Recursive Interval Geometry. ” The paper proposes a static-sector formula for the fine-structure constant within Recursive Interval Geometry (RIG). The construction is based on a nonempty recursive hierarchy generating the counts 3, 7, and 127, together with the additive skeleton 137 and the multiplicative resolution Ω = 2667. Within the static octet-truss vacuum picture, the inverse fine-structure constant is represented as the Ω-weighted norm of a vacuum state with a line-scale loop term, a closure-loss correction, and a shared-boundary backreaction term. Once the static hierarchy is fixed, the resulting formula contains no adjustable continuous parameters.
