The education system in Tanzania's secondary schools is a critical component of national development, with significant emphasis on clinical outcomes. A comparative study using panel data estimation techniques, specifically employing fixed effects models to analyse longitudinal student performance data from multiple schools. Panel data analysis revealed substantial variations in clinical outcomes between schools located in urban and rural areas (75% vs. 40%), driven by resource disparities such as access to quality teaching materials and infrastructure. The study underscores the need for targeted interventions focusing on resource augmentation in underserved regions to improve educational standards. Investment in digital education platforms, teacher training programmes, and community engagement initiatives should be prioritised to address regional disparities effectively. Model estimation used =argmin_ᵢ (yᵢ, f_ (xᵢ) ) +₂², with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
