We derive a G2-holonomy compactification with Double-Warp Architecture (DWA) starting from the weighted entanglement lattice B= (V, E, W). The G2 3-form is embedded directly as phiₐbc = epsilonₐbcdefg dd log Wₑf, yielding the effective 4D action S = integral d⁴x sqrt (-g) R + kappa|nabla phi|². Two warp factors (k1 ~ 6100 GeV, k2 ~ 0. 1175 MeV) generate the electroweak/QCD hierarchy and the Cornell potential V (r) = -alphaₜau/r + sigmaₜau r from a single tau1 Proca propagator. The Cornell linear term is derived explicitly from Abrikosov flux tube formation. The strong coupling emerges exactly from the Casimir ratio h-check (G2) /h-check (SU (3) ) = 4/3. The QCD warp factor scale k2 = LambdaQCD/f is derived geometrically: S6 fibre volume gives fgeom ~ 1. 47 at tree level; W1 torsion correction brings f ~ 1. 7 (OP-25d pending). All self-referentiality loops explicitly declared. Physical interpretation deferred to companion master document (Brigo 2026b, restricted).
