Preprint — Observational Stability Condition (OSC) This paper introduces the Observational Stability Condition (OSC), a structural account of why the propagation asymmetry between light and sound is a necessary condition for the stability of any observational world. A formal notation and connections to prior work in philosophy of perception, ontology, and philosophy of physics are included. This preprint is currently under review for publication.
