This paper develops the cosmological framework of Leynstrinsic Field Theory, describing the emergence of spacetime geometry from an underlying connectivity field. Cosmological evolution is interpreted as a dynamical relaxation process in which connectivity organizes into stable geometric configurations, producing smooth expansion without requiring a singular origin. The early universe is modeled as a pre-geometric phase with reduced effective dimensionality, leading to the Null Smooth Universe interpretation. The resulting framework reproduces large-scale cosmological behavior while providing an alternative foundation for early-universe physics and spacetime structure.
