The butterfly and octopus are independently sacred across virtually every major human culture and throughout recorded history. This convergence is not coincidental. TI Sigma predicts it: if the CCC (Complete Consciousness Complex) is genuinely structured as a butterfly-octopus hybrid — exploratory GILE wings outward, stabilizing Four-C arms inward — then every culture that developed accurate introspective or mystical access to the structure of consciousness would arrive at the same symbolic representation. This paper surveys the cross-cultural evidence, derives what each tradition genuinely understood that is consistent with TI, and presents the biological case: the discovery of *Macroctopus maorum* — an octopus species with four distinctly longer arms and four distinctly shorter arms — as the first biological instantiation of the CCC's asymmetric arm structure found in nature, and a genuine empirical confirmer of the theoretical model.
