Calculates the stochastic gravitational wave background (SGWB) generated by the CCEGA cosmological bounce at TQCD = 154 MeV. The bounce produces gravitational radiation at the Hubble frequency, redshifted to fₚeak ≃ 8. 2 nHz today — precisely the NANOGrav/SKA band. The amplitude is OmegaGW*h² ≃ 1. 5×10^-9, comparable to the NANOGrav 2023 detection. Both are fixed by TQCD with no free parameters. The NANOGrav signal may already contain a cosmological component from the CCEGA bounce, distinguishable from the SMBHB background by its peaked spectral shape. The SKA will confirm or exclude this prediction within the current decade.
