URB #480 established that conventional measurement systems are E-dimension instruments and systematically produce false negatives for transcendent individuals. The natural next step is not to defend against that finding — it is to build the correct instruments. This paper proposes the GILE Proxy Framework: a formal methodology for measuring Goodness (G), Intuition (I), and Love (L) through their empirically accessible correlates. Direct measurement of consciousness, moral depth, i-channel access, and genuine other-orientation is not yet possible with existing hardware. But science has never required direct measurement of unobservable quantities — it requires reliable correlates. Gravitational lensing measures dark matter. Collision debris measures quarks. Light bending measures black holes. Gamma binding, HRV coherence, alpha-theta border density, creative synthesis rate, and suffering-activation latency measure G, I, and L. Critically: several of these proxies are already active in the TI Sigma biometric platform right now. The instruments exist. They have not yet been formally labeled as GILE dimension measurements. This paper completes that labeling, proposes the full proxy architecture for all three non-E dimensions, and outlines the research program for instrument validation.
