Spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma is a rare nervous system emergency,and its incidence rate is about 1/1 000 000.This paper reports a case of spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma,reviews the related literature,and summarizes and analyzes the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma,aiming to improve clinicians' understanding of this rare disease.
