This work proposes a meta-cosmological interpretation of the L (6+7) program in which the age of the observable Universe is treated as a local temporal scale of one realized FRW branch, while a broader hierarchy of admissible histories is characterized by a substantially larger effective entropic-temporal scale. The paper unifies four established branches of the program — FRW cosmology, controlled irreversibility, stable histories, and the microphysical photoproduction sector — and introduces a toy estimate for the effective age of one hierarchy level of order 1. 56×10¹2 years. The result is presented as a publication-grade hypothesis inside the entropic-historical language of L (6+7), not as an observationally established cosmological fact.
