This work develops a geometric framework in which cosmic evolution is described as a redistribution of degrees of freedom between an axial time–temperature direction and a transverse configurational structure characterized by a tilt parameter. The approach provides a unified geometric interpretation of expansion, horizons, and entropy, while remaining consistent with standard cosmology at leading order. It predicts small, structured deviations in precision observables that offer a path for empirical testing.
