This paper unifies three prior frameworks by the same author — Adaptive Semantic Rendering (ASR), Matrix Token Abstraction (MTA), and the QuantumChar Photonic Architecture (QCPA) — under the concept of Tensor-Native Semantic Computing (TNSC). It introduces the concept of semantic impedance as the root cause of computational inefficiency across the stack, and defines a three-phase development trajectory from software token layers to QuantumChar-native hardware.
