This work proposes a framework in which gravity is interpreted as a selective response of a structured spacetime lattice rather than a fixed fundamental force. An effective response function ν(r) is introduced to modulate baryonic dynamics through activation and suppression mechanisms governed by structural conditions. A universal amplification parameter (γ) is maintained, while structural diversity is captured through a localized activation function. The framework explains: - Galaxy rotation curves (IC2574, NGC2841, DDO154) - Gravitational lensing systems (J0946, J0037) without invoking dark matter. These results suggest that gravitational phenomena may emerge from conditional responses of spacetime structure.
