MUT Volume 3 presents a complete six-step data-verified analysis of LIGO-Virgo O3 gravitational wave data. The inspiral phase shows decisive evidence for the predicted scalar field: combined three-detector log Bayes factor = +13.51, MAP β = 3.16×10⁻⁵ (β=0 excluded at 1σ), and a linear scaling law ln K = 1.598(q−1)−0.972 across four events. The post-merger high-frequency tail search initially showed a 1765 Hz excess, but three independent validation tests (SNR timeline, time-shift FAR=66.5%, pre-vs-post comparison) identify it as a persistent instrumental line, not an astrophysical signal. The inspiral results strongly support the MUT scalar-tensor model; the post-merger tail remains a prediction for future O4/O5 observations. This version (7.39) corrects the PDF content and supersedes the earlier 7.38 release.
