Instagram, Facebook are just a few of the platforms that have changed the way teens talk to each other, interact with each other, and figure out who they are. These platforms have many benefits, such as quick communication, access to knowledge, and chances to express oneself, but people are becoming more worried about how they affect mental health. Teenagers are especially susceptible to the negative effects of excessive social media use since they are still growing and are very sensitive to their feelings and need for social approval.
