Abstract Current astrophysical models by Hawking and Einstein rely on the existence of a vacuum and the eventual evaporation of black holes via Hawking radiation. This paper falsifies these premises by introducing a Scale-Invariant Recursive Field Theory. We demonstrate that a black hole is not an empty singularity but a high-pressure vortex node where the neutrino field discharges into matter. By applying the 55.7 core strain model, we show that energy is not lost (evaporation) but transformed via phase jumps. The decay of a neutron (~880s) serves as the universal temporal constant for these transitions, proving that black holes are stable, generative engines of galactic toroids rather than evaporating anomalies.
