Within the framework of the Fractal Quantum Holographic Paradigm (FQHP), a modification of the Trojan–Hopfield–Zi (THZ) action is proposed, introducing two channels of information transfer: rendering (speed of light c) and information processing (effective speed Vₑff). It is shown that quantum entanglement can be interpreted as the propagation of perturbations in the information field χ with a finite speed Vₑff, which does not require violation of causality. The value Vₑff ≈ 1. 76·10⁶3 ops/s is derived from the Lloyd bound and the scale hierarchy of FQHP. The coupling constants in the modified action are fixed through the ternary code of the number 720896. Testable predictions are presented, and limitations of the model are discussed.
