In response to the widespread need for specialised training in the medical sector, the EU-funded project 'VIPROM – Victim Protection in Medicine' aims to improve multi-professional contact with victims of domestic violence. To this end, the VIPROM project has developed domestic violence curricula for medical professionals and students, including physicians, nurses, midwives, medical students, dentists and dental students, in close collaboration with medical faculties, hospitals, research organisations, medical educators and victim support organisations in Austria, Germany, Greece, Italy and Sweden. Deliverable D4.3, 'Report on the European Webinar Series', outlines the development and implementation of the European Webinar Series (EWS) from the preparatory phase in 2024 to full finalisation in 2025. To ensure broad participation, a dissemination strategy was developed in close collaboration with the dissemination partner, WAVE. This strategy included a three-step social media campaign, promotional newsletters, teaser E-Mails, and face-to-face outreach activities. Launched in March 2025, the EWS quickly established itself as a high-quality training series for medical professionals from a wide range of settings across Europe, from Finland to Greece. The initiative was highly successful, with approximately 1,900 participants and 76 certificates issued.
