A virtual test bench setup deployment is described in this work. This involves doing virtual validation to manage the complexity of new technologies in modern automobiles. By creating virtual test simulation setup on PC, the design and behavior of new systems can be analyzed in detail. This paper introduces a proposed tool-chain that specifically aims to develop a virtual environment for testing and validating Electronic Control Units (ECUs) in the automotive industry, based on the AUTOSAR standard. The main objective of this paper is to implement an automated test environment for BMS ECUs using dSPACE tools and with deploying this data on the cloud to scale up the simulation for multiple users. This environment enables the monitoring and testing of various parameters. The expected outcome of this implementation is a significant reduction in man hours by 50% and the results obtained from the testing are presented in this paper.
