Distinction between MOG antibody-positive and AQP4 antibody-positive NMO spectrum disorders

Patients with NMOSD with MOG antibodies have distinct clinical features, fewer attacks, and better recovery than patients with AQP4 antibodies or patients seronegative for both antibodies.
