An IoMT platform to simplify the development of healthcare monitoring applications

The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) and notably monitoring applications can relieve the organizational and financial burden of healthcare systems. However, the lack of interoperability in this field, the need to integrate multiple systems, as well as security constraints, put a heavy burden on the developers of monitoring applications. This article presents our work related to the implementation of an IoMT platform that provides solutions to these challenges. We also present a virtual doctor and monitoring application, built using our platform as a proof of concept.
