Resumen

An umbrella review encompassing 47 meta‐analytic reports has found medium to large effect sizes in the short term for several medication treatments for attention‐deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in youths, including amphetamines and methylphenidate. No interventions in youth or adult treatment showed strong long‐term results. The review was published online Nov. 27, 2025, in the BMJ .
