Increased effectiveness of urinalysis testing via the integration of automated instrumentation, the lean management approach, and autoverification

The results of this study revealed our new urinalysis workflow process that incorporates fully automated instrumentation, the lean management approach, and autoverification to be effective for significantly increasing productivity as measured by analytical turnaround time and removing 1 staff to another section.
