Relationships among factors affecting advanced practice registered nurses' job satisfaction and intent to leave: A systematic review

Efforts to improve APRN job satisfaction will have positive implications for provider retention, practices, and patients. Administrators should consider the job satisfaction factors identified herein when implementing practice improvement and retention efforts.
