The CVD risk caused by a high level TyG trajectory remained increased despite adopting healthier lifestyles. These findings underscored the significance of evaluating the combined TyG and lifestyle patterns longitudinally, and implementing early interventions to reduce CVD risk by lowering TyG levels.
