Abstract—Cybersecurity has become one of the most critical domains in the digital era due to the rapid increase in cyber threats, data breaches, and online fraud. However, many learners lack access to practical training and real-world exposure. This paper proposes a cybersecurity learning system that integrates earning mechanisms into the learning process. The platform combines features such as bug bounty programs, cybersecurity contests, OSINT challenges, cyber esports, and real-time labs. Unlike traditional platforms that focus only on education, the proposed system enables users to earn rewards while developing skills. The system is designed using a scalable architecture with secure authentication, modular features, and user engagement strategies. The results indicate that combining learning with earning improves user participation, motivation, and practical skill development. This approach creates a sustainable ecosystem for future cybersecurity professionals.
