ABSTRACT Novel synthesis of cyclobutanones is realized through a visible‐light catalyzed deoxygenation‐Wolff‐cycloaddition cascade reaction. Substituents of both electron‐donating and electron‐withdrawing properties can be well tolerated. This strategy provides a straightforward access to substituted cyclobutanones from readily available 𝛼‐diketones under mild conditions.
