Traditional Chinese medicine Gegen Qinlian decoction ameliorates irinotecan chemotherapy-induced gut toxicity in mice

The present study indicates that GQT extract can ameliorate CPT-11 induced gut toxicity in mice and improve CPT-11 efficacy in colorectal cancer treatment.
