We present the M-Ice Theory (M-Hielo Theory), a unified framework derived from M-theory(11D supergravity) in which the 4D universe emerges as a condensed phase (cosmic ice) of an11-dimensional geometry. Compactification on a 7-dimensional internal manifold with fluxes givesrise to a scalar field ϕ that governs the volume of the extra dimensions. Its potential, includingcurvature, flux, and a geometric phase transition, produces the accelerated expansion of the universe(dynamical dark energy) and modifies the growth of structures, simultaneously solving the H0 andσ8 tensions with a combined significance of 4.5σ relative to ΛCDM. The phase transition, drivenby the condensation of an order parameter Ψ (zero mode of the 3-form C3), eliminates the BigBang and black hole singularities. We embed the Standard Model via branes on a G2-holonomymanifold, reproducing the spectrum of quarks, leptons, gauge bosons and the Higgs, with neutrinosvia seesaw and a neutralino as dark matter. M-Ice Theory predicts a stochastic gravitational wavebackground detectable by LISA (peak frequency ∼ 55 mHz, ΩGWh2 ∼ 4 × 10−11) and a deviationof the dark energy equation of state measurable by Euclid. It constitutes the first complete unifiedtheory spanning from the Planck scale to the observable universe, capable of being falsified withinthe next decade.
