Job Burnout, Job Satisfaction, and Related Factors among Health Care Workers in Golestan Province, Iran

Burnout was average among health workers, and health workers job satisfaction rate was lower than the average level in health workers. Effective interventions are recommended with regards to the unfavorable condition of job satisfaction and its relationship with job burnout.
