Continuous microfiber drawing by interfacial charge complexation between anionic cellulose nanofibers and cationic chitosan

This study describes a novel process of drawing fibers generated by the electrostatic complexation of negatively charged nanocellulose fibers with positively charged chitosan macromolecules.
