A 30-year-old woman presenting with chronic, painful, ulcerated reticulated plaques unresponsive to topical corticosteroid therapy. This case highlights the importance of clinicopathological correlation and early recognition of this condition, as surgical intervention addressing the underlying ischemia offers the most effective and durable treatment.
